Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf will host the 31st annual Eastern Schools for the Deaf Athletic Association (ESDAA) Northern Regional Soccer Tournament on October 2 and 3, 2009 at the Mitchel Athletic Complex in Uniondale. The Mill Neck Manor Chiefs, Western Pennsylvania Lions, Rochester Wildcats, Scranton Bears and St. Mary's Bisons will compete in this year's free indoor tournament.

While the Mill Neck Manor Chiefs have participated for three years in the ESDAA Northern Regional Soccer Tournament, this year marks the first that Mill Neck will host. Coming in second place last year in Rochester was a highlight of the season and has motivated the team to work towards a first place win this year. The tournament schedule is as follows:
